The service was great. This place gets busy!!!! The best time to go if you don't want to wait is first thing when they open. We went at 730am and were seated immediately. I did not care for the club volume music inside the restaurant. I can definitely see how others would enjoy the atmosphere though. The canoli donuts were delicious. Great flavor. The buttermilk pancakes were huge. 4 stack! Flavor wise they tasted like any other pancake. But for $11 pretty good deal. The Birria hash was very good too. Very large portion and definitely could have shared. We will certainly be back, for an early breakfast!
We celebrate our birthday today at Hash Kitchen!!! We got spoiled by April (thank you for the Vip treatment )with B-day shots. The food was on point and everything was kind and attentive.

I just ate at Hash Kitchen at Park West with 2 friends. This is a popular place! While we had a wait since it was so busy, our brunch experience was outstanding. Alondra S was our server and she is fabulous! She is attentive, had excellent attentive to detail and checked back with us the perfect amount. I would love to be served by her again. Our food was fabulous! We had three different dishes and all were large portions and delicious. I had to bring half my pot-workout Pancakes home's since they are so filling and yummy. There was a DJ so it was a bit loud, but not so loud that we couldn't enjoy our conversation. The restaurant was clean and cared for. We will be going back! Next time we should try their famous Bloody Mary. Everyone around us was having one and looked like they were enjoying them
We came in here on a Saturday and I was happy to see they had a waitlist online. After entering in our requested time we arrived at the restaurant during peak breakfast hours and did not have to wait. Upon entering they had a DJ playing which normally I'm not ready for that early in the morning but the DJ was playing good music so it definitely amped up the mood. Our server was very polite, informative and helpful with selection choices and her thoughts on each. They were passing out breakfast shots after we sat, since it was a Saturday we figured "why not". We both ordered the mimosa flight and I was pleasantly surprised on their different choices, they all tasted amazing. Our food came out relatively quick and tasted great. I had the huevos rancheros skillet and it was put together beautifully and was definitely worth trying again. My girlfriend enjoyed her plate as well. Overall this is a great place with a full bar and attentive staff. I'll definitely be back again.

She made sure to highlight their signature build-your-own Bloody Mary bar, which was such a fun and unique experience. Her enthusiasm and knowledge about the menu really stood out, and it made our first visit feel extra special. April's attention to detail and genuine care for her guests turned a good experience into an amazing one. She's truly the best, and I can't recommend her enough.
